Terms & Conditions

1. All prices exclude vat.
2. All goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling at time of dispatch.
3. A delivery charge of £8.95 will be added to all orders under £250.00 ex. vat unless otherwise indicated.
4. Our payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Please make cheques payable to Kingswood Leisure Services Ltd. BACS, credit and debit card payments also welcome.
5. Any delivery shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods.
6. Any faulty goods will be returned to the relevant supplier for appraisal before credit or replacement.
7. All goods remain the property of Kingswood Leisure Services Ltd until paid for in full.
